To request deletion of your account and associated data for Pawfect Catch, please email support@catempirestudios.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
Please include the email address associated with your game account, if applicable. We may need to verify your identity or account ownership before processing your request.
Once verified, we will delete the account and associated personal data that we are required to delete, subject to any information we may need to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or other legitimate purposes.
When your deletion request is completed, we will delete the personal data associated with your Pawfect Catch account, which may include your account information, game progress, saved game data, and other information linked to your account.
Some information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or other legitimate purposes.
We will generally process verified deletion requests within 30 days. In some cases, additional time may be required where permitted by applicable law. If we need additional information to verify or complete your request, we will contact you at the email address you provide.
