These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile games, website, applications, and related products and services provided by Cat Empire LLC, doing business as Cat Empire Studios (“Cat Empire Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. ABOUT CAT EMPIRE STUDIOS

Cat Empire Studios is the business name used by Cat Empire LLC for its mobile games and related digital products and services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally permitted to use the Services under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age at which you may legally agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use our Services, including any purchases made through an app store account.

3. ACCOUNTS AND SIGN-IN FEATURES

Some Services may allow or require you to sign in through a third-party account or platform, such as Google, Apple, or another supported service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of accounts used to access the Services and for activity occurring through those accounts.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to accounts or features when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, other users, or Cat Empire Studios.

4. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND VIRTUAL ITEMS

Our games may include virtual currency, points, upgrades, rewards, characters, items, or other digital content (“Virtual Items”).

Virtual Items are licensed for use within the applicable Service. Unless required by applicable law, Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be transferred or sold outside the Services.

We may modify, manage, regulate, control, or discontinue Virtual Items or their availability as reasonably necessary for operating or updating the Services, subject to applicable law.

5. IN-APP PURCHASES

The Services may offer optional in-app purchases.

Purchases are processed through the applicable app store or payment platform, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store, and are also subject to that platform’s terms and policies.

Prices, taxes, refunds, payment processing, and billing procedures may be governed by the applicable platform. Except where required by law or the applicable platform’s policies, purchases are final.

6. ADVERTISING AND REWARDED ADS

Some Services may display advertising.

Certain games may offer optional rewarded advertisements that allow you to receive an in-game benefit after viewing an advertisement. Availability and rewards may vary.

Advertising may be provided by third-party advertising services and is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable third-party terms.

7. LICENSE TO USE OUR SERVICES

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Cat Empire Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, attempt to extract source code from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, servers, or systems;

Use cheats, exploits, automation, bots, unauthorized software, or other methods intended to manipulate gameplay or obtain an unfair advantage;

Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services;

Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization; or

Use the Services in a manner that infringes the rights of Cat Empire Studios or others.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including game software, artwork, graphics, characters, designs, text, logos, audio, features, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Cat Empire LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party platforms, services, advertisements, or content.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Cat Empire Studios does not control and is not responsible for third-party services except as required by applicable law.

11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or portions of the Services as reasonably necessary for development, maintenance, security, legal compliance, or business operations.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the Services will operate without interruption or error.

12. UPDATES

We may release updates, patches, bug fixes, new features, or other changes to the Services.

Some updates may be required for continued use of a Service.

13. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to some or all of the Services if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Services, create security or legal risks, or where suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

CAT EMPIRE STUDIOS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAT EMPIRE LLC, CAT EMPIRE STUDIOS, AND THEIR OWNERS, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, disclosed, and protected in connection with the Services.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we may revise the “Last Updated” date above and provide additional notice when required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
